Solved BSOD when watching YouTube

It looks like the registry key which was being referenced was related to some Microsoft Office telemetry key?
One of the subkeys related to that registry key which I mentioned was for SDXHELPER.exe and it seems to be an Microsoft Office update manager? You might want to check if that is running the background as a scheduled task.

Looks like it didn't find anything?
I thought it might not because I couldn't find anything related to it your other files. It could possibly be using a different alias when stored as file unless it is dynamically created in memory. I've just checked my own machine and it appears to be loaded so it must be a Microsoft related registry driver and therefore will not be the issue.

I'll have a look at the other dump file which you've uploaded as well.

It's yet another Stop 0x139 and the same call stack as before so we certainly dealing with a very strange driver/software bug here.

First Stop 0x139 MEMORY.DMP:

Code:
5: kd> .time
Debug session time: Sun Aug 6 18:50:28.183 2023 (UTC + 1:00)
System Uptime: 0 days 0:15:46.877

Second Stop 0x139 MEMORY.DMP:

Code:
3: kd> .time
Debug session time: Sun Aug 6 20:13:41.392 2023 (UTC + 1:00)
System Uptime: 0 days 0:15:50.161

It's like clock work, both crashes are within 15 minutes of the system starting up. It seems that the same registry key is being queried as well. I would download Autoruns, have a look at which applications are scheduled to start and also export the file as an .ARN (File > Export) so we can have a look too.

Please make sure that [ ] 0x00000004 Randomized low resources simulation. is selected for the next WDV test.

After the crash these were seen in the call stack:

iastorac.sys
amdfendr.sys
amdmkdag.sys

If there is no definitive misbehaving driver on the next WDV memory dump then perform the following steps:

1) Reinstall the chipset drivers
2) Reinstall the AMD GPU drivers
3) Upgrade the BIOS: 1.1.26 > 1.1.30

It seems it's the Office Feature Updater that is set to run on logon. I'll try waiting for the process to finish to see if it'll still BSOD.

Thanks for all the help!

Those two drivers were running in order to create the dump files, the first driver also had it's dump_ equivalent in thread stack too. The second driver is for AMD Crash Defender which makes sense since the user had just experienced a BSOD crash. There is no indication that these drivers are causing the problem, although, crash defender should probably be removed because it's not worth its salt.

Again, all you did was !thread and then dps <Limit> <Base>. Driver Verifier will also not find anything as mentioned countless times in this thread already.

It seems it's the Office Feature Updater that is set to run on logon.
You might want to disable it at logon as well and see if the system crashes. If it does then we can take a look at the new dump file(s).

I haven't updated anything yet, but when I ran with all driver verifier tests enabled I got a new BSOD. Log is here. Memory dump is here. I'm now running with driver verifier disabled to see if it will still go to BSOD.

The sdxhelper task has been disabled, and I thought it would be best to also disable anything else related to Office.

I'm now running with driver verifier disabled to see if it will still go to BSOD.
I'll be interested to see if it crashes without it enabled. The latest bugcheck wasn't because Driver Verifier found a violation, it looks like that the low resources simulation settings have just starved the driver of memory so it simply crashes.

Code:
WRITE_ADDRESS: MAX_SYSTEM_VA_ASSIGNMENTS needs to be increased

Okay, once you've disabled Driver Verifier and ensured that it it is definitely off, then I would leave that task disabled and continue to use the system as you normally would.
