BSOD with some websites

Windows 11
Hi all,

I have a new PC with Windows 11 v24H2. The PC is very stable with games (with all in ultra and so on), but I have the BSOD when I open few websites.

Usually I use Chrome but this also happens with other browsers (Edge).

The websites that crash my PC (as far as I know) are for example:
- El tiempo durante todo el año en cualquier lugar del mundo - Weather Spark
- Spotify - Web Player: Music for everyone
Maybe there are others but I only found this BSOD with those two (all other websites works well).

Every time I open one of those 2 websites I can navigate for a few seconds and then BSOD.

I have all drivers up to date so I don't know what to do...

I followed the instructions with V2 and here you can find the link BSOD - Google Drive

Any help will be more than welcome.

Best regards!

😁 What entries? Software companies?
How come there are entries in the hosts file?
Now you mention I see the V2 zip provide maybe too many info of the computer that I believe doesnt affect in this case , so maybe I can upload again only some files instead of "everything v2"? like the crash dumps files?

Regarding host file (I understand you mean "hosts.txt") is to prevent some "updates" so I can use some of their programs without "banners", but the BSOD happens when I enter some websites, not when I use those programs...

By the way, the BSOD I see shows this error:

Stop Code: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
What failed: nlddmkm.sys

Also, check any browser add-ons you have. Disable them all and try the two sites again.

As soon as I'm aware yes, all drivers are up to date because is a brand new PC and I downloaded the lastest firmware and made a fresh install of everything (motherboard, graphics, etc).

Regarding the browsers, its true that I have some add-ons in Chrome but when I tried Edge (stock version, no add-ons) the same happens with the same websites so I understand the addons are not the cause.

Maybe those websites runs some kind of program/addvertisment that have issues with graphics drivers? (because I saw that "nlddmkm.sys" usually is related with Nvidia) but I have latests drivers and also I find strange that only a very few websites shows the problem...

Thanks for the compliment of the PC! I have been saving a lot last years to make the upgrade, and despite of this small issue with some websites, the PC runs fantastic, I'm very happy.

You could try to disable hardware acceleration in Chrome, so it does not use the graphics card. Maybe then it does not crash on those websites.
