Cannot clean install Windows 11 on Asus Laptop

Thanks for any help and support.
I was doing a clean install of Windows 11 on my laptop using a USB drive. During installation the available partitions were shown. My NVMe drive had the partition for the OS, a partition for recovery (which I deleted), a second recovery drive which I also deleted, and two unallocated drives which I left alone.
I then selected the original OS partition to install Windows 11 onto. However a message was then shown which said I needed to disable Bitlocker before installing Windows 11.
I can no longer return to Windows 11 to disable Bitlocker before installing.
I can using the installation USB get to the cmd (as administrator).
How do I disable Bitlocker so that I can finish the clean install of Windows 11?
Can I use diskpart to format the partition for installation? Will this eliminate Bitlocker?
Is there a way either using cmd or diskpart to disable Bitlocker?

When performing a clean install backup any important data > then manually delete each partition creating an unallocated disk drive > then clean install

I’ve not had your problem. Have you tried “clean”? This will remove everything from the SSD, partitions and all.

• Type; diskpart [enter]
• Type; list disk [enter]
• Type; select disk X [enter]
  • X being the drive position/number of your install drive. Be careful that you are cleaning the right drive/disk, hence disconnecting any secondary drives. Don’t accidentally diskpart your USB Pen drive. It will have the disk size next to each disk entry.
• Type; clean [enter]
• Type; convert gpt [enter]
• Type; exit [enter]
• Close the command window
• Continue with the install

If you can get to this window, you can hit Shift + F10 to start the Diskpart Clean process

• During install, when this first window appears:

• Hit the Shift + F10 keys
  • A command window will open
  • Press enter after typing in each command below and let it complete the command, you’ll know when each command is done as it will repeat the command to you or give a result for the command.
  • Type; diskpart [enter]
  • Type; list disk [enter]
  • Type; select disk X [enter]
    • X being the drive position/number of your install drive. Be careful that you are cleaning the right drive/disk, hence disconnecting any secondary drives. Don’t accidentally diskpart your USB Pen drive. It will have the disk size next to each disk entry.
  • Type; clean [enter]

Type: clean all.instead of clean
I have a 1 TB drive. I will eventually follow the rest of your commands when able.

That was your first mistake. All partitions on the drive should be delete in all unallocated space. Choose the unallocated space to install windows.

Had you deleted that partition as I indicated, bitlocker would not have been involved.

EDIT: Make sure all other drives are disconnected during the install process

Disk now clean and Windows 11 installing.

Diskpart Clean command worked for you?

Always do this (In my opinion) pre install.
