My friend one error at a time you are jumping all over the errors i can't keep up now what happen when you executed commands i have provided?

1) After aplpying Microsoft's instructions, the 2 commands to register all dlls worked OK , without any error.
(Cd C:\Windows\System32 , for %1 in (*.dll) do regsvr32 /s %1). The batch file still no works (variable issue ?).

2) From the beginning , the batch that fix the services run without problem.

3) When i run regsvr32 /s C:\windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-servicingstack_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.22621.3447_none_e948831242de6298\wcp.dll
i take this

There is not anything else suggested. Thanks.

Okay, i have fixed the batch script, please run it and reboot your system after it's finish executing.

1) The batch still looks not OK. While its registering i take about 10 same errors of that :

Then it stops here :

2) When i run the register command via the command prompt (cd windows\system32 ......)
the command works without any error.

3) Check this. Is it normal ?

4) Anyway , the problem remains.

5) I check the variables and they look OK.

Repair install cases :

1) Repair install while i boot normal at Windows desktop and run setup file from installation USB.
When it goes at 100% it give a message "the PC will reboot now" and after :

You have no option but to clean install Windows 11.

It looks like you'll have to do an in place upgrade and have Windows replace missing and corrupted files when a fix doesn't resolve the issue.

A clean install means losing all your data, installed programs and personal settings.

And registry tweaks , and settings of installed programs , and ......... i want my mama !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The big case is that :
1) I do a clean install
2) I installed third party apps. Also the possible apps that cause that problem.
And the will back. The only solution :
1) Clean install
2) Create an image backup
3) When install one third party program , i must check when and if the problem appears.
For the history , before the problem appears :
1) I tried O&O Image backup. It not works 100% OK
2) I installed the latest powershell stable version. I didn't see any problem.
3) I installed powertoys latest version (preview). Dont work 100% OK.

You shouldn't need to do a clean install to resolve this issue, please open command prompt and enter the following commands:

did you you do the repair install making sure to uncheck the look for updates option? It will fail sometimes if the updates are checked

Clean install it is then. And perhaps lighten the use of tweaks. Unless Bluerobot can fix it.

@Bug locker It looks like your SSU versions are mismatched under those COM keys, could you please run the following command from an elevated command prompt?

reg export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SideBySide\Winners %userprofile%\Desktop\SxS.hiv

You should see a file saved to your Desktop called SxS.hiv. Please upload those to your Google Drive and then post the link in your next post. I'll look at preparing a fix afterwards.
