Just a note, the Microsoft MCT process saves the .iso file used to create a bootable DVD+R/DL disc, too big for a standard DVD disc. The USB process is best when the Thumb drive is 8GB or larger, it is not downloaded but writes the USB drive from their site. Also important is to choose that it will be used on a Different computer. The USB process wipes the drive completely and formats as it desires and does the streaming writing, not from a download to the computer. I've never had an issue with it and I use Verbatim 8GB Thumb drives [that company has reliably been producing floppy disks, CD discs, DVD discs and Thumb drives for a long time].
