BIOS & Drivers are indeed up-to date - even tho, most of those errors - deemed the AMD drivers as culprit. If temperatures are indeed ok to, wonder if you did a clean install with DDU - or just normal driver install?

Here's how a clean install can be done with the help of DDU:

Last but not least, did you have this issues with Windows 11 Pro 23H2 or did they started appearing after upgrading to Windows 11 Pro 24H2?
Also, what did you use to measure the temps?

Stressing the GPU with: FurMark

- and monitoring the temps with: HWiNFO or GPU-Z - for at least 10 minutes - can give you a better idea.

Correction: While checking all the BSOD files - besides the AMD drivers - HkkbdFltr.sys (HotKey Keyboard Class Filter) - is the most common? Do you have any - fancy keyboard, fans or led - with their own software/drivers?

Hi guys, thank you very much for your help. I will switch the os to english and wait for the BSOD to happen again.
And yes i have a razer lightning keyboard with i had a lot of trouble with. And thats one of the devices which do not run with the newest treiber (no custim software running anymore) due that last time i used them my whole system failed. I will never buy something from razer again. Regarding temperatures i used the application HWMonitor.
