Crashing when rebooting

Hi so i noticed this a few times over the past month or 2. when i reboot my hp desktop it blue screens and reboots. this was todays error message The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0xffffb384ffffc517, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff8015e264c15). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: e3c966a2-8e05-480c-bd8b-f3a64258d780. Should i be worried ?

I think it do with Fast Startup in Windows 10? Try disable and test reboot.
