I was having issues with Chrome failing to automatically update. The only solution was to reinstall. I uninstalled the browser but want to remove the orphan registry entries before reinstalling...in case that is part of the issue. However, they appear to be locked and I can't delete. I've tried using PSTools, taking ownership (permissions), and restarting in Safe Mode (using regedit). No luck. In the past, if this issue came up, I used Registry DeleteEX, but trial expired. Is there another similar tool/app that can allow deletion of stubborn registry keys?
