Disable Windows Defender Completely.

One can't disable Defender permanently unless you disable Windows update. It needs to be repeated Windows will also try to repair itself in the background as often this may corrupt Defender beyond repair
I would consider a corrupted Defender as a bonus. It is true that it tries to enable itself, but updates happen only twice a month, so it can be easily remediated at that time. I can not use it, because it interferes with my scripts and causes BSOD and unbootable Windows.

I beg to differ. It works perfectly on all my machines. The problem is getting it installed, because Defender doesn't like a program that can shut down Defender. Neither does MalwareBytes. But if you set exceptions for the installation folder and then follow the instructions to place the executable in Program Files (x86), it works perfectly. I open the program, click its internal button to open the Defender window, turn off Tamper Protection (temporarily), and then hit the Disable Defender button. Works.

Then I minimize the program until I've finished what I want to do, then bring the program back up and Enable Defender, and that works, too. Then, with the program's button, I open the Defender window and re-enable Tamper Protection, and the red systray icon gets replaced by the shield, and all's well. Give it another try, jimbo.

Maybe you would like to explain what you are trying to tell us by those registry mods?
As most of us can't read Chinese (I suppose that's the language you use), it is impossible to see it from your screenshot!

Nothing ever works perfectly. So many sophists everywhere. Even the developer mentioned that windows update will break their utility. That's something they've been able to replicate. It's also no longer supported by Sordum although they may occasionally comment and gaslight on their YouTube channel.

Furthermore, there are other issues too such as it trying to enable WD after it's been successful in deactivating (which is rare). I extensively tested it on windows 11 and it's a disaster for anyone who friends on their PC. That was the tipping point for me to return to windows 10.
