If I may ask, what is the original problem you're trying to fix? It may help us to give you a better solution.PS: Honestly I don't know how to perform a repair install.
Since I have my patients data on the laptop, would probably save it to a thumb drive and restore a macrium image OR wait for MS for a fix maybe in '25. (since have none other issues and is working ok).
