I use TMPGEnc to convert from AVI or MKV to MPG and other formats. Recently my computer restarted probably because of a Windows update and now the application is damaged. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, it didn't make any difference. It loads with the progress bar up to 3/4 and then it gets really slow and after several seconds I see this error:
Clicking OK, after a while I see this:
Finally if I click OK the application hangs consuming resources and never recovers. All I can do is kill the task from Task Manager.
Does anyone knows what there errors mean and how to fix it? I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall the application, nothing changed. I am now searching for malware with Superantispyware, so far it has found only a single cookie which I don't think is relevant.
