Hello,

I have a PC that I primarily use for gaming, and it started experiencing BSODs more and more frequently over the past five months. I formatted and reinstalled Windows 11, and for a few weeks, the BSODs stopped, but now they’ve returned even worse.

It seems like the crashes mostly occur when I’m gaming or during intensive usage, but not always consistently.

The error displayed seems to be mostly: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION What failed: win32kfull.sys

I don’t think my components are still under warranty.

I’ve uploaded a ZIP file containing the log collector v2 report to Dropbox (let me know if you prefer another file hosting), and tried to include as much information as possible about my PC’s specs here :

Please perform the following steps:

1) Turn off Windows fast startup

2) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link

3) Run Memtest86+ for 8 or more passes > take pictures > post images or share links

Memtest86+ | The Open-Source Memory Testing Tool

Just 1 error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.

The more the passes the better the testing conditions.

It sometimes takes passes into the 20's to detect malfunctioning RAM.

The RAM can be tested all at one time or one at a time in the same DIMM.

4) The BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 6062, 2/24/2023

Upgrade the BIOS > 6062 > 6232

5) The BIOS: Legacy

Windows was clean installed on 11/2?

Consider Legacy > UEFI using MBR2GPT or clean install

Attention: SandoZ
Before posting a BSOD thread, please read the instructions here: Blue/Black Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions
If you need to add new information, please make a new post in your initial BSOD thread. Please do not make an extra new thread.

Please do not post anything other than Windows 11 Blue/Black Screen Of Death problems in this section.
Yes I did, I tried to follow every rules, did I miss something ?

  • Please run the V2 log collector (If there were any problems running V2 then run DM. Please post images if there were problems running V2). DONE
  • These files are available under Resources. It helps if your system is using the English language so that the logs can be read ( see here & here for help) System is in english
  • Please provide as much information as possible in the System Specs section of your profile so that the analysts can determine if any components of your system are contributing to the problem. For desktop systems, remember to include details of your Power Supply Unit (PSU). I tried to, but if something is missing just let me know
  • Provide a brief summary of when the crash most often occurs and the particular circumstances (if any) that trigger it. DONE
  • Remove all overclocking on your system and confirm the BSODs still occur before posting here. (If you do not, you will be asked to do this as part of the troubleshooting process to save time.) DONE
  • Please let us know the age of your system and whether any of the components are still under warranty. I'm not sure about the exact age but like I said i probably dont have warranty anymore
Thank you for your response, but i'm not sure what you actually mean
