Sure, you can rip your PC apart and eyeball troublesome hardware directly - but there's an easier way to find drivers for unknown devices.

8) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste
chkdsk /b /v
Run these chkdsk switches on all drives using the syntax chkdsk /b /v C: or chkdsk /b /v D: or chkdsk /b /v E:, etc.
These switches can take significant time so make sure that the Windows drive testing runs overnight while sleeping.

a) HD Tune Full error scan
b) Sea Tools for Windows long generic test
c) Chkdsk /b /v
10) Run after completing all chkdsk tests on all drives
