Getting the below error in the Event viewer. This error causes my laptop to crash and reboot.


Please perform the following steps:



1) Find a camera or smartphone camera




2) For each step take pictures > post images or share links

(do not post text reports)









Please do not skip any steps.



1) View the right upper corner of every EF post box for its post #




2) Go to post #19 step #1 > run the V2 log collector > post a new V2 share link into the newest post

The BSOD (154, 7A, 3B, EF) were likely related to drive or drive connection.

Thanks. One other question. If I delete all my hard drive data and basically re due everything, I believe there is an option where you can install Windows from what was on my laptop. Is there any other way to get a fresh install of Windows other then buying another copy ? Thanks again for all your help.

Reinstalling Windows can fix problems related to operating system, registry, drivers, applications, etc.

With a flash drive a clean install can be performed.

Without a flash drive resets may be able to be performed.

The BSOD related to malfunctioning hardware can be confirmed by reinstalling Windows.

If BSOD continue then test the drive using GSmart and HD Sentinel > post images or share links


If you want to reinstall Windows you can test Windows 10 or 11 or both.

Backup important files or make free or pay backup images.

a) Reset save files
b) Reset remove files
c) Clean install Windows
