So if you're seeing connection drops on wired and wireless then perhaps it's not from the laptop end. If the router was replaced could you be losing the fixed wireless signal from Verizon? You can check within the router admin interface for signal levels at the router itself. Perhaps moving the router to another location might help?I lose connection both hard wired and via wifi. Router was replaced yesterday by verizon as i thought of these things.
