Hi All
Have win11 home and have local account,how to stop google from asking me to sign in every time I open Firefox??
very annoying to me

Problem is not Windows 11 it's your browser asking for sign in.

I believe it's because you have Firefox synced. To turn off sync, open Firefox settings (hamburger icon), select Sync from left FF pane.

I think it is the individual websites that cause the prompt to sign in with Google. I followed @FreeBooter instructions but I still get them on websites that are part of the 'Reach publication' group. Not every time but maybe every 2 weeks. I never select 'Continue' since this allows tracking across websites. I also use Firefox.

Have win11 home and have local account
Do you really have a local account?
When installing Windows I made a local account (to have directories in USERNAME).
But then Windows started using a Microsoft account. Maybe because I use outlook.com.
Yes, you can manually revert the local account, but that's fine with me and lazy to test.
Just wondering.

Nothing seems to help Ill just put up with it and yes have local account Microsoft doesn't need to know everything im doing
