A UEFI Bios install of Windows creates a hidden EFI and a System Reserved Partition. These partitions contain the Boot files.
As stated in Post #16 your system may be too corrupted to try and repair, and as suggested do a Clean Install. Backup your personal User files to a different drive.
Create a Windows 11 Installer using the Media Creation Tool on the Windows 11 ISO image download page, or use Rufus to create a stripped down version of Windows 11.
