How do I create a local user on Win 11 for guests?

I already sign in with my Microsoft account as an Administrator but I want to create a local guest account with or without a simple password so guests in my house can browse the web without snooping through my Outlook emails or saved sessions on the web. Is this still possible after already signing in through my Microsoft account as Admin?
