What do you mean by low resolution? It really depends upon the screen size and scaling. I always leave scaling at the recommended value because that works best for me. Here are three examples showing how far I have to stretch Word to see the text in clipboard.

That is strange i never disabled it so now i just set the font size hit Control/D and save it a my default setting.

I normally always show the ribbon. However, sometimes I want to see more of the document at one time so I hide the ribbon. This is especially helpful on a laptop where you usually have a smaller screen than a desktop.

I noticed the set all documents or just this one, i had missed it because it's so small on my screen.
