Solved Inaccessible fonts folder

Photoshop and Wise Jetsearch can find it (C:\windows\fonts) but Explorer cannot so I cannot link it to Fontbase. Hidden/system files unhidden etc. Driving me potty.
Any quick solutions appreciated.

My Windows machines' File Explorer have no issue accessing C:\Windows\Fonts folder to view the installed Fonts and neither is there an issue with the Fonts item in Control Panel.

Could be something so simple as you not having "show hidden files" set in explorer options. I know you say you do but have you checked that to be sure?

Also you can deal with fonts from settings>personalization>fonts.

Hi folks,
ALL your suggestions worked except using my file explorer which did when I reset folder options general to defaults which left show hidden files ticked but ticked show recently used folders and files from office.!
Problem solved, thanks guys.
