Trying to upgrade from Win 10 22H2 build 19045.5198 to Windows 11 using a flash drive created via Mediacreationtool.
Update has failed twice with a message about unable to determine if there was enough free space to do the update (sorry, did not record the exact message).
I tried to fix this by doing a Macrium backup of the drive, doing a clean install (thought it would create a larger BCD but it didn't) then restoring the C: partition from the backup and running the repair boot from Macrium program.
After all that I'm right back where I started.
1. What I want to do is make the 449 MB partition (blue arrow) the BCD using either bcdboot or bcdedit then make the 100MB (red arrow) partition Unallocated.
2. Ideally I would like to move the 449 MB partition before the 16MB (green arrow) partition then combine it with the 100MB partition so it would then be
549.0MB GPT (EFI System Partition Active & System
16.00MB GPT (Reserved Partition) None
930.46GB GPT (Data Partition) None
511.59MB GPT None
Anyone tell me how to do #1 or even better, #2???
