I clicked on windows updates/insiderpreview/get started/continue/ and nothing happened. I went in to my Microsoft account and registered there and it said "start flighting" Still can't see any option to get insider preview. I'm on 22H2 22621.2134. Thank you.

Maybe you have disabled something on the way, like telemetry, insider is very sensitive about it.

Run CMD and copy/paste/restart:
