I don't know if this matters but in Tomorrows Builds in the Moz forum it still says 103 RC2 not available and I can't update to it. I have been using Firefox since it first was released as The Phoenix Browser, then Firebird and now Firefox and I never had this kind of issue. It is available in The MS Store which is weird .

There may be other settings in Ari's userChrome.css file that have an impact on this.

Ari's userChrome.css file has line toggles in there, which you can easily turn on and off to suit.

That post of my tweaks I linked up above, was comprised of a few years worth of tweaks.
I think the easiest thing to do... would be do ALL those tweaks... then add your own individual tweaks.
That's what @OldMike65 did, for example

Thanks Ghot, but by all Logic known if it worked in 102.0.1 it should work in 103. Without Tweaking. I have not tweaked anything in Firefox since Firefox 4 was released. I use to make styles and some themes but now I am trying to be just a user. Oh & Mozilla will not accept any reports on 103 yet.

I have been playing with the FF Zoom, and it works well if you add a few extra % settings.
You can set the zoom steps in about:config,
toolkit.zoomManager.zoomValues
The default values are .3,.5,.67,.8,.9,1,1.1,1.2,1.33,1.5,1.7,2,2.4,3.
So in the above .3, is 30% and .9, is 90% and so on.
I added .75, and .85, for 75% and 85%.
Just add you own to suit.
