I'm at a loss? It can't be that (if you have 1)? That 3 volt battery - the size of a coin? Even though there were a few youtubes on (thats what they said) ??

@Edwin I can't reproduce the jpeg you posted? & I changed all my settings. Did you consider going into the control panel? "Power Options" make another power plan? a custom plan. There was a youtube on that. something to try. Edit: all I have is a Laptop.

Tried that! No joy.

I very well may have a CMOS issue since the PC failed to Post a couple times a few weeks back, but, I don't see what that has to do with Chrome. 🤷‍♂️

I don't have a desktop anymore. but, the ones I had (in the past) had power options in them (they didn't work) but the control panel custom plan might work? Well we gave it our best shot. regards,

Tried the amending the Target trick: "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-features=UseEcoQoSForBackgroundProcess

I looked in the address bar & typed in: chrome://flags/ but, typed in: energy, battery, saver, not an area I skilled at. But you got it to go away?
Everything I found was pointing to "make a new custom power plan in the CP" will cya latet - cheers

IDK, you might have one of the A/B feature releases where that icon is always displayed. I only see it when I have Energy Saver on and set to "... when laptop is unplugged."
