I have been using Macrium Reflect Home for over a decade. It is the best backup software available, IMHO. Others may and will differ.
Their Forums are very active, with company reps participating as appropriate. There are some tremendously experienced and knowledgeable users over there. Tech support is also great.
I have never had issues with it. The one time my backups failed verification, it was because my backup drive was dying. That was the first indication that I had. Replaced the drive and all was/is well.
