In the attached photo, you see only Windows Boot Loader because no other UEFI boot device is connected. If you connect a USB Flash drive which is created to boot on UEFI mode, you should see it on the list. USB Flash drives may not be detected initially, just press CTRL+ALT+DEL to reboot and it should be detected. You either have to move USB before Windows Boot Loader, or just bypass the boot order using F12. In some computers booting from USB could be disabled for security reasons. If this is the case, you can enable it in the USB or Security section in BIOS. Once successfully booting from USB on Windows 11 Setup, you should see your drives. Select the target drive and proceed, you don't have to format it. If your system is unsupported and you get an error, cancel the operation and return to the initial screen. Then press SHIFT+F10 to open a command prompt. Type regedit
and press ENTER to load Registry Editor. Here you can do the appropriate hacks (see respective threads) to bypass compatibility check. Once done, close Registry Editor, close command prompt and proceed with the setup.
PS: If your system is compliant you only need to enable TPM 2.0 module and Secure Boot to pass compatibility check. These are at the Security section. Sorry, I am not familiar with this BIOS to guide you step by step. If you have enabled legacy boot as well, then you won't see the Secure Boot option or it will be disabled. To see it and enable it change boot mode to UEFI only.
