Manage mobile devices app getting option to remove phone from account in Windows 11

The Cross Device Experience Host (Manage mobile devices) app is getting the option to easily remove a mobile device from your account, a nice addition!

This isn't currently rolling out but the latest Cross Device Experience Host app updates (at least in Dev) include the UI.
