Solved Need some advice

So I got this laptop last Friday for 999.00 but had some issues with it and I am going to exchange it.

The issue is they don't have them in stock so I will have to order the replacement.

My other option is to get this one it, it has a better display and newer processor and it's in stock.

I believe the price difference is because the Alienware, has one of the new "Ultra" CPUs, which are supposedly great for AI.
The "Ultra" CPUs are so new... it's hard to comment on them (worth it/not worth it), at this time.

The main reason I am replacing the F15 is because it keeps tripping my house breakers, I've had it for a week and 4 times multiple outlets and 2 different breakers. I'm watch the current draw and I never see more that 1.9 amps. My meter doesn't show spikes.

Might want to consider calling an electrician.
Maybe the F15 could be bad, have a short or whatever, but to trip a breaker in a house in the US, requires 15 amps, minimum.

I'm leaning towards the F15, this has is the first time we have had any issues. They are all 10 amp breakers.

Up to you. In the US it's generally 15 and 20 amp breakers.
Even this saw only popped a 20 amp breaker once or twice, and that was during difficult cutting...
You can't plug this into a 15 amp outlet. It will pop the breaker every time.

its odd all of them in out panel are 10 amp. I can't believe this laptop pulls more than my washer and dryer and they are on 10 amp breakers too.

The laptop shouldn't pull anywhere near that much.
That's what makes me think there's an intermittent short in the laptop somewhere.
Maybe the cord for the charger? Or the power delivery circuits inside the laptop.

The wattage the laptop uses, divided by the voltage = the amperage being drawn.

I just ran a furmark stress test while playing a game while streaming a youtube video and listening to youtube music. I can't get it pull over 1.8 amps. Thats also on turbo fans are just blazing. The onlything I can think of it a random spike from the PSU. Or a just a weak breaker. I honesty don't know what to do.

I was wrong they are 15 amp, which leads me to a weak breaker or PSU/PC.

Breakers can fail. They cost about $5.
Get an electrician to replace the breaker. He can also test the circuit that your laptop is using.
There may be a loose wire in the wall. The tripping breaker, might not be being caused by the laptop at all.

You also need to be careful with electric hammers. They can trip your circuit breaker if you set it on "Fast Hammering" for too long.

If this has happened with two different breakers than I think the problem is with the laptop. To be sure that the problem isn't with your house wiring, plug something into the outlets and see if the breakers trip. I would use a vacuum cleaner. If the breakers don't trip then the problem is with the laptop or it's power adapter. I suspect it's the adapter.

In this price range, the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H CPU is not exactly great for performance (and, as a matter of fact, Core Ultra CPUs are a general disappointment especially for gaming, regardless of the price point). The Core i7-13650HX in my Asus TUF Gaming F16 (2024) actually scores ~25% better than it, according to PassMark. I know.. this laptop only has an RTX 4060 and a 512 GB NVMe SSD with one extra (empty) M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 slot for optional upgrades. For reasons that should be completely obvious, the RTX 4060 is slower than the RTX 4070. But the Core i7-13650HX makes up for it in CPU bound games, which almost all top rated modern games titles are. If you are planning to play these types of games with the AC adapter always plugged in, the power hungriness of the Core i7-13650HX in this laptop is not a concern, and that makes the F16 (2024) a worthy alternative choice. Sure, the Alienware has the fancy 2560x1600 screen with 240 Hz. Then again, having more pixels also means that you will be needing more compute power for it to keep up with fps. More compute power, which, unfortunately, the Core Ultra 7 155H simply does not have.

The Core Ultra 7 155H is a Meteor Lake processor. While Meteor Lake does have an NPU, it falls far short of Microsoft's requirements to use Copilot+ features.

Yeah, Intel Core Ultra CPUs are just not worth it IMO excepting only maybe in a few (rare) situations.

I edited my post BTW. That $1299.99 Asus TUF Gaming A16 (2024) seems to be a much, MUCH better choice than the equally priced Alienware from Bestbuy.

I want a quantum computer, that can fit into a watch.
Not like the "smart watches we have today.
And not needing to be tethered to a smart phone.
I want full audio and video, and instead of batteries it runs on... vacuum energy.
And... be totally voice activated.
