It's flattering indeed, although I'd appreciate if they'd quote program options correctly. Once and for all, as it is already stated in the Properties window: you have to register ExplorerPatcher as a shell extension, which I do not really recommend and do not test extensively for, ONLY IF you want the options marked with (**) to work in Open/Save file dialogs, in addition to File Explorer windows where they already work out of the box, since ExplorerPatcher is already injected in the File Explorer process, as can be seen from the modified taskbar and so on. In other words, those setting work in File Explorer just fine WITHOUT registering as shell extension... That option being not tested in-depth and polished, it leads to a lot of problems and frustration for some users - injecting ALL apps on the system is no mean feat...
