VLC has decent equaliser, Winamp does as well.

Set computer audio to bluetooth, pair your headphones and play content in VLC !! VLC has some decent presets as well although I prefer setting equaliser manually.

VLC also very good on Android mobiles -- set android phone output to blue tooth and again pair the device, use VLC to browse remote computer or local storage and choose audio settings !!. Probably the same on iPhones but I have no experience with them.
