If I install X=Lite 26100.2033 from the site and install, there are at least three more before the latest 26100.3194. Do I need to install ALL of the MSU's in between before installing the latest? This is my real question.

I have check the security key for both of them many times and their both are exactly the same!
So it's safe to download it from MC and install it manually.

I have just installed Optima. I had to use a USB mouse as the touchpad did not work. I have 'resumed' Windows updates and it is now downloading all the missing drivers.

I had planned ahead and put setup files for all my favourite programs on an external SSD. So I did not have to download any and I could install Brave browser without having to install Edge or Chrome first.

It should get winget when you update the "App Installer" app in the store. Of course, if you have the Store disabled/removed, or updates turned off, that won't happen.

That was the case for me. Fresh install didn’t have Store and of course updates are paused by default. I was just mentioning it as Winget might not be an option initially.
