The GF was worried I might kick-the-bucket (I don't plan on doing that any time soon) & suggested I get a health watch. I found a Samsung Watch Ultra on sale (-36%) @ Amazon & they delivered it in 7 hours. Not too hard to figure out once I read the first 10-20 pages of the manual.
Now I am wondering if this watch will be less expensive during the Amazon Spring Sale next week... oh well, I have it now.
That was sure nice as Amazon delivered it so quickly after I ordered it.. good job Amazon.

I have a pixel watch 3 which notified me I was having sleep issues which currently is being looked into by a doctor. I might have sleep apnea or narcolepsy. Waiting on sleep study to confirm.

So that was cool. They can be pretty useful.

I ran a few tests & the sleep apnea was one of them.
I saw my PCP doctor this AM & he ordered a home sleep study also.

I have a couple of Asus Wifi6 routers in mesh configuration. They have been solid performers so far. If they are like mine, the network security software is trend micro. It does have to send some data to their servers but it does catch some bad actor sites and block them.

I bought some for my wife, but that's been a while. I did buy some Sennheiser earbuds last month, but those are for outside. I think the headphones itch is finally out of my system. I like these Sennheiser wireless cans because the earcups are larger than my Bose QuietComfort 35 II set. They're a more comfortable fit. Plus, they have this ridiculously long battery life.

I'm currently listening to my Bose NC 700 phones while I chill at Barnes & Noble. These are the only "travel" phones I have....
