It might help to know specifically the plugin you're talking about? Just saying plugins is telling us nothing as my plugins do work.

That said, I'm NOT using the "new Outlook", but rather Outlook 365 (desktop) so I can't speak on the "new Outlook" and its plugins.

Oops. I meant to say Zoom plugin. When I reverted back to Outlook 365, it gave me the chance to share feedback. I checked the "seek a solution" box (or whatever it's called), and it indicated that certain plugins wouldn't be compatible with the New Outlook.
