Ok, I just googled for it and found the EaseUS thing explaining what it was.
But surely it could be done directly in Command Prompt.
After EaseUS is just another GUI.

... its not even initialized... but somehow partition magic seems to think it is (and now formatted for that matter)

Should make a backup image of their system and have bootable media for said imaging program before messing around with diskpart.

Yes - ran disk management again but still not showing properly - still grayed out
