Found it, it's also in the current Outlook app.

And the answer to your question @Stigg is yes, it seems to of integrated all my phone contacts into Microsoft Mail (Outlook) People/Contacts.
Not ideal, it isn't really what I wanted to happen but I suppose it makes sense that it did.

EDIT: No it didn't, it hasn't got my updated list. It has all my old contacts from years ago, my mistake. However maybe when or if I update to the new outlook, it may pinch them. I plan on trying the new Outlook again after a reinstall of 23H2 so will find out.

SOLVED!

I uninstalled WhatsApp from my phone and PC. 'Calls' now works in Phone Link.

I have reinstalled WhatsApp on my phone only and both PL and WA are working!

And now I have also reinstalled WA on my PC. PL and WA both working on phone and PC

I just turned off Wi-Fi on my Android phone. I could still make a call using Phone Link. That said I am not sure how WiFi is used with Phone Link. I will have to investigate.

Calling uses Bluetooth only as far as I can tell. Try with WiFi on and Bluetooth off!

If I ran the app and Connected to my Samsung S21, the audio for the game started coming out of my PC speakers. Also, when I did this the Bluetooth Audio setting on my phone was turned on. If I disconnected the Bluetooth Audio setting on my phone was turned off again.

I finally installed this. It works, but you have to manually open it and connect and keep it open every time.

This reddit post has a bit more information about it.

I still find it odd that we even need a third party app to make it work with audio.

AudioPlaybackConnector is a non UWP option to Bluetooth Audio Receiver.
It runs in the tray. There is also an option to automatically connect when it starts. I might even add it to startup.

I’ve had to disable a lot of notifications on my PC, as soon as I am near my PC, the PC starts showing all the news alerts from my iPhone because they are set to show on it.
Audio is fine, SMS is fine, it’s really odd that the two (apple/android) are so different when communicating with Windows/Phone Link.

Some can be annoying. I use Telegram, and the notification was annoying. But I think it might depend on the app.
The annoying Telegram notification turned out to be a Windows 11 System -> Notifications setting. Not a Phone Link setting.

I'm sure this was resolved but I fixed this issue by turning off Focus Assist. You can do that by searching for "focus assist" from the start icon and open it then turn that off. Link is to Microsofts solution for this (funny enough).
