Printing Capabilities keep getting corrupted

The thing is though, you spent time on a fresh install of Windows so I am not sure how any of this advice is valid considering the reinstall.

Delete the Print Spooler files. Sometimes, the Print Spooler files can get corrupted or damaged, which can cause the service to stop working. To delete them, follow these steps:

  • Press Windows Key + R then type services.msc and hit Enter to open the Services window
  • Scroll down & look for Print Spooler service and then select it.
  • Right-click on Print Spooler service then select Stop.
  • Press Windows Key + E to open File Explorer then navigate to the following folder: C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
  • Delete all the files in this folder and then close File Explorer.
  • Go back to the Services window and right-click on Print Spooler service then select Start.

If nothing that we have offered is working, I’d seriously have to consider what it is that is stopping the network from communicating. Meaning I still think it’s some kind of network issue, I just don’t know what?

There appear to be monthslong periods before the issue reoccurs..
True, this isn't a fresh reinstall...that was back in December. But having to deal with this issue twice since December is extremely frustrating (sorry, venting :) ).

Hmmm, I don't notice any other network issues (i.e. I can browse my NAS), however, when looking in File Explorer and go to Network, there is just that one lonely printer listed. But when I go to my other PC on this network, and navigate to the Network, I see a ton of other devices on my network (the printer, Plex Media Server, Smart TVs, Rokus, Stereo, etc). I wasn't thinking it was a network issue...but maybe????

Consider that when you stop the Printer Spooler, the printers show. That could simply be because they are installed.
Once the spooler is running, they disappear? Is this correct? Perhaps because the network can not see/find them. Why, I have no idea.
Incoming/outgoing ports in firewall/router? I’m just winging it here, Chad, as I should bow out before I ridicule myself, if I haven’t already.
What happens if you disable your Antivirus/Firewall?

If not that, as suggested the removing of printers. Personally I would remove them all and start one at a time, if that first printer works, keep installing the others one at a time. Perhaps something with the other printer installs screws up the rest.
If that first printer doesn't work, remove it and install the next.

That’s pretty much all I’ve got. 🙏

When I restart Print Spooler, they don't disappear, that Settings page just freezes. Also, I have a network discovery tool called Fing. When running it from this laptop I do see all the network devices, even the 2 printers that are on this network...so not sure that the Network is the root cause.

Yes, network is set to Private and Discovery is enabled. My PC and all printers are on Wifi.

Running the Fing app, it does see all network devices, including my 2 network printers:
