Nope! There's no way to invoke the Toolbar, but, most of it's features work within folders!

I got 1038 working...
had to start from scratch, so to speak..., uninstalling Old/New Explorer, QTTB, Ribbon Disabler, etc...

The colors and highlights. etc. remain more native.

MS has really butchered this Build as far as traditional Explorer functionality is concerned!!! :cautious:

Same here! But, as I have the Desktop set up to use desktop tool to show it's contents, I'm kind of blind.
So, I have to open as folder instead.

Monitoring Task Manager, I open W11 Explorer..., it shows open, then freezes and shows Suspended while some Experience Host flashes on and off, then it crashes!!! :confused:

To anyone that may be having problems with W11 and "QTTabBar -> QT Tab Desktop Tool" I found a solution that may help until the developer finds the way around Windows 11 Taskbar restrictions, in my case I have items on the desktop that I want to have access to it without having to open the folder itself:

The application name is "menuApp", I do have link but not sure if can post here, but if you search for it, you find it.
You can link a folder or a file to this app from anywhere in your computer and they will be show like the image above, like a menu.

Another option is, if you use Open Shell you can point a custom entry to any folder. I was looking for an alternative to Free Launch Bar. This is W10 but the same applies as Open Shell works with W11.

I installed Open Shell and perhaps it is there I just missed but I couldn't find a way to create a Start Menu like from the Desktop items, files and folders, images, etc...
The one I post before the image shows the menu for all of the items I have on the desktop and I can run or open it any, normal.

If you create an en entry for a custom item you can point it at any location.

Here's a workaround for Taskbar Toolbars and QTTabBar Desktop Tool:

Copy explorer.exe from Windows 10 and put it in Windows 11! Restart PC!

WARNING: Make a Backup!!! Try this at your own risk!!! I do not know what the repercussions are!!!
