I've always used REVO, so I don't really have experience with any other uninstallers.
It depends on the apps. For example, if you're not gonna Xbox... you can remove all of them.
They still have to be removed one at a time though. I always scan for and remove leftovers too.
That's where things get risky, and why you need the backup.
I agree after a full backup.
You are too smart and experienced, wish I had the time to do it soon (with covid around keeping me occupied) desperately want a light customized W11...
