I have my sons laptop asus e410m I am trying to fresh reinstall win11 However he cant remember his pin to get started Tried a few but no joy I hoped i could use another way to wipe the OS and reinstall

First, welcome to ElevenForum!

What about his password? Does he remember that or is it not allowing for a password to be entered?

Also, if the goal is to wipe the system, there is no need to log into Windows. Simply boot from the installation media and overwrite what is on the drive now. Or is the problem that he has data that he needs to get off of the system before wiping it?

We have tried PIN various times and no result Just coming up with we have tried to many times No there is no data reqd. Just want a fresh install So how do i boot from the installation media

Create bootable Windows 11 USB flash drive using Media Creation Tool and from BIOS configure first boot device as USB Flash drive to boot from it.
