Remove Item From Windows 11 Start Menu

I use Start11 on my Windows 11 pro computer. I installed iCloud and it did not place an iCloud icon in my Start menu like it should have. With the help of Apple support I managed to get a desktop shortcut to open iCloud for Windows. The problem is before I made that call, I Right clicked on the iCloud Drive in Windows File Explorer, please see attachment first. It gave me the option of pinning it to the Start menu, which I did.

When I figured out that it was not the same as iCloud for Windows, in that from iCloud for Windows one could create a desktop shortcut to open up iCloud for Windows to manage your settings, but it was too late. I once again Right clicked iCloud Drive in Windows in File Explorer and chose the unpin option from Start menu but it would not unpin and remains there still. That is what I would like to get rid of or delete from the Start menu but haven't been able to find a way to do that. I am trying to find Windows 11's Start folder to see if I could delete it from there but so far I have not been able to locate that folder, if it even exists. Also, I can no longer find a way to create a ticket to ask StarDock, Start11, a question. Looks like they have removed that option, please see second attachment.

Any suggestions how to remove that from my start menu?

Try going to "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" You should be able to find yopur shortcut there and delete it. That will remove it from the Start menu.

Right click on the shortcut and see if there's More > Open file location
Stardock might have a special folder for those.

Yes, but I think using
%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\
works for everyone with no editing required.
There is also there as well :
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Thank you very much for the help. I went there and checked in every folder you can see in the attachment and I saw noting about iCloud. Nothing is easy anymore. Again, thanks for your help.

Just checked and it is not there either. I would uninstall and then reinstall iCloud but Apple Support didn't think that would help. Please see attachment. Thanks again.

Check in: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\StartMenu

Also: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Stardock

Nope. There was an S10 folder under Stardock and it was full of many items starting with Microsoft but nothing from Apple or iCloud. Thanks.

Wait, that is not your Start Menu, that is from My PC isn't it?
This is a Shell folder.
It has to be here in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders

WinAero "Customize this PC folders" will help you if you are unsure about regedit.

Not sure what you mean when you say, "Wait, that is not your Start Menu, that is from My PC isn't it?" It is what was in the folders I was directed to using Windows File Explorer, if that is what you mean. I drilled down to the registry entry you suggested and I don't find anything about iCloud there. Please see attachment. I didn't make any changes to the registry. Thank you.

Yes, this is not your start menu, this is an explorer view.
regedit, do a search for Icloud Drive. from the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT branch,
edit , find Icloud Drive.
See how many instances, you find , press F3 to go to the next value found.

You know @HDL, I now have 3 batch file shortcuts pinned to my taskbar and everytime I add one,
I think of you. It's really not an issue to add a shortcut of a batch to the taskbar.
Have you ever figured it out?

I find a lot of iCloud entries some even with the iCloudDriveDisplayName, iCloud Drive is what I want to delete but not sure which, if any of them would remove it from the start menu. Please see attachment. Thanks.

Anything in Classes_Root defines the app. So maybe not there.
Maybe be more concerned with the ones in Current_User.
But still it's a judgment call so I would export the keys as .reg files before deleting anything.
in case you need to restore them later.

Thanks but unless I can be certain, I'm not going to delete anything. I did that a couple weeks ago for two keys and exported the reg file to the desktop, I got the BSOD and couldn't even get back to the desktop in safe mode or anything else. Had to have my computer rebuilt as far as reformatting the hard drive and reinstalling everything starting with the OS. Come to find out deleting those keys safely was not supported in Windows 11. It ended with Windows 10. But I'll take a look in the registry now.

From your screenshot:
Is this a folder, a folder shortcut or a shortcut to iCloud Settings or something?
And, does this reside in the All Apps section of the Start11 Menu?
