Hello everyone,
Video links of issue:

I've had this issue for a while on Windows 11 and I had hoped that the issue would fix itself through the cumulative updates. Basically, my issue is the screen brightness on my computer changes whenever I connect an external monitor to it. This is extremely annoying because I frequently connect and disconnect my external monitors to and from my laptop. It sucks that I have to readjust my screen brightness over and over again. Recently, I have downgraded to Windows 10 and the issue did not arise while using, however, the second I upgraded to Windows 11 is when the issue popped up.
Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated!
