Show off your internet speed!

After being in the very slow lane for years, I was very pleased to get full fibre on a 900 upload and 300 download package to my house.

I got some good news today, I've been upgraded to a "Symmetrical" 900/900 package. It just keeps getting better :D

It looks like you have symmetrical 1 Gbps, not 900 Gbps.

Nope, it's a symmetrical 900Mbps product. I don't know where you got the 900 Gbps from? Now that would be fast lol

download speed is now a amazing: 2340.44 Mbps
and upload is only as pathetic 41.48 Mbps it should be 300Mbps upload speed..
idk why its not..
new ARRIS Surfboard S34 cable modem DOCSIS 3.1
edit: a config update using the Xfinity chat bot seems to have fixed the upload speed..
now its 354Mbps

Could be better if I did it early in the morning, but there's a couple of video streams and my grandson is playing games now. Looks to be pretty typical Verizon FiOS gigabit speeds. I know they're trying to sell 2gig, but I can't see why I'd pay for it, I don't use the bandwidth I have now!

Well, it's in a bundle with all the other stuff, but I recall when I upgraded from 100MB it was only $10, so it seemed like a good idea. I've had the service for many years, so the details are fuzzy. :-)

The D/L is a little slow, but I can live with it since it's twice as fast as my old Internet and costs the same.
