StartAllBack For Windows 11 has been released.
It's an RC release. I haven't tested it yet as I have Start11 installed.

Edit: I have now tested it. It's working quite well.
Apart from a great start menu, you can also have the Enhanced Classic Taskbar back.
This means (for example) that you can have an uncombined and unlocked Taskbar.
You will now also be able to enhance the Taskbar clock using T-Clock Redux or similar.

You can also change Windows Explorer to Ribbon UI or Simple UI.

While I don't really mind the scrollbars...and didn't really notice, are you complaining about StartAllBack or Windows 11? Whether I have StartAllBack enabled or disabled my scroll bars look just like your first image...slightly thicker bars.

The first image is after I updated to 3.3.2, the second image is 3.3.1...,
even after uninstalling 3.3.2 and re-installing 3.3.1, it doesn't bring the decreet look back! :(

... I figure the tweak is in Windows Metrics, and, uninstalling and re-installing won't reverse the tweak.

Try Winaero Tweaker. Under Advanced Appearance Settings there is a section for Scrollbars which allows you to change the width and button size.
The programme is great because with all the tweaks it provides a link to a webpage that shows you how it works and also how to change it manually like regedits etc.

I just compared a machine with StartAllBack and one without...I'm not seeing much difference in scrollbar size so I think it is a Windows 11 registry setting. I have noticed that some apps modify the scrollbar width as well.

On a positive note, it looks like StartAllBack also restores a nice battery setting back. Windows 11 removed the feature where if you hover over the battery icon it shows both the % remaining as well as the estimated time left. You have to see it in "Settings." However, I think the "enhanced classic jumplists" box under taskbar restores the function. I had tried using registry edits provided online and they didn't work. All of the sudden, the feature is back.

I may have to end up going this route until MS fixed the right click on start in the latest dev. Just one question though, does StartAllBack allow us to put the taskbar in the middle like Windows 11?

One thing that's always drove me nuts is..., between the Control Panel, the User folder and the All Users folder, there are 15 locations/virtual locations for Windows Tools, Accessories, etc..., StartAllBack puts them neatly in one list... (y)
