Hi S1W2. Thanks for the help. I'll probably use one of my partition programmes to delete I and the first recovery partition, but I'd like to learn from your post.reagentc -disable
In the first quote, what is the difference between par and par override?
What does the second one do?
How would I restore the recovery partition if I follow your method?
Is there some way i can tell if there are differences between the two recovery partitions and which to keep?
I'm getting happier with command prompts, as, at the ripe age of 76, I've set up and use Zorin Linux on my old computer and have to use terminal commands in this - makes me feel like real nerd!
