System freezes seconds (5-15 seconds) CMD

This happens with cmd every time I open it, I think and I guess it can be the kasperky I do not know if the same thing has happened, this error is recurrent when talves I'm in whatsapp call and I'm with a simultaneous remote desktop that when swapping screens is stuck and a single restart step details of errors, if you can help me, recent changes was a m2 WD

if you boot into safe mode and in the command prompt as Administrator run
sfc /scannow

also please check the reliability monitor
control panel > security and maintenance > maintenance > reliability monitor
to check for any errors.
