System Power Settings disappeared.

Win10/11 Triple Boot Insider Release Preview and DEV channels
Has anyone had their System Power settings change on them? I just noticed that the power mode (Balanced/Best Performance) is missing after I updated to this build. Or did MS change where it is. I can't find it. I have looked everywhere. Anyone know how to fix this or make it appear? This is on the Win 11 Beta version.

A straw poll of half a dozen of my laptops, some RTM 23H2, some Beta, finds that only one (23H2 RTM W11 Home) has a choice of power plans. All the rest, whether RTM or this Beta build, only have the one plan - 'Balanced'. I have no idea how long it's been like that, I don't look at the power plan very often.

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.
