Unable to install W11pro using compatible hardware

In the A320M BIOS there is a "secure erase", and I did this to the 256gb Patriot, twice for good measure. Exactly the same screen comes up right after choosing which version of W11 I require. It doesen't get as far as the hard drive choosing page.

Secure erase cleans data from a partition and you need to Clean all partitions on the drive.

You need to delete all partitions (right image) till you have only one unallocated space (left image)

I have HDD caddies in both pc's and found a Samsung 850 EVO 250gb I used Mini tool to check it out and it is unallocated, 232.9GB. It was made boot disc in the A320M pc and nothing changed, the last thing that happened was getting to choose which version of W11 I wanted. It does not reach the "select location to install W11". I have done new loads of Windows dozens of times, the hard drive setup page has not altered over many years. I did mention earlier that I have loaded every Windows since W95 with the exception of Vista, so it practically loads itself. I tried formatting the Samsung into three partitions in Mini Tool and then secure erased it in the A320m BIOS and now there is nothing detectable on the disc in M T.

I checked the Athlon 3000G and it is a picasso.
