As alternative, you could try: Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool

The GUI/interface itself is rather old (you find both Windows 10 & Windows 11 under Windows 10) - but their Windows release branches are almost up to date. And by almost i'm referring to Windows Insider (missing Windows 11 Insider preview Build 25267 - but it does have Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25247 released on 11 November 2022) - cause all the Public builds are there. You even have access to older Windows builds (in case the latest update - prove to be troublesome), but also developer SDK releases and most custom OEM builds from Dell (tho, only Windows 10).

There is UUP Media Creator. It's still actively being developed, although I haven't tested it.

There is also a GUI available in the Microsoft Store.

UUP Media Creator is an utility to create Windows Media files (.ISO, .WIM, .VHD) from Unified Update Platform files. You can download the version of Windows as an ISO image from Windows Update using this tool.

All I had to supply was an email and a password. That just registers you for access to UUP dump on Discord.

The most useful thing there is a pinned message in #main that tells you how to download and use the UUP dump app. It works just like the website did, but it's local on you computer so it can't go down....

if you would like to use new official app and download latest builds:
1. download and extract uupdump-win32-ia32 here UUP dump dev-server - Google Drive
2. run uupdump-get-fileinfo+packs.cmd and wait 5 mins
3. run uupdump.exe and never close it until you've got ISO
4. download any available build's zip file
5. extract zip file, run usual download cmd or whatever is there (uupdump.exe should be still up and running!)

That one does the same job, but opens your browser as the interface when you run it.

if you do not like the app and just want to download latest builds:
1. download and extract uupdump.7z here UUP dump dev-server - Google Drive
2. run uupdump-get-fileinfo+packs.cmd and wait 5 mins
3. run uupdump-run-website.cmd and use UUP dump in your default web browser as usual (do not close the cmd script!)

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

The most useful thing there is a pinned message in #main that tells you how to download and use the UUP dump app. It works just like the website did, but it's local on you computer so it can't go down....

1. download and extract uupdump-win32-ia32 here UUP dump dev-server - Google Drive
2. run uupdump-get-fileinfo+packs.cmd and wait 5 mins
3. run uupdump.exe and never close it until you've got ISO
4. download any available build's zip file
5. extract zip file, run usual download cmd or whatever is there (uupdump.exe should be still up and running!)
