W11 - now thinks I'm a managed computer

for some reason, even though my account is an admin, there are functions not available.

I'm trying to find the place where all but one of the options were grayed out, so I couldn't change the settings, but can't find it again.
Again, at this point in time, and given all the issues, I'd do the reset. Or you could Download Windows 11 and do a clean install.

You could have been done with a reset or clean install given all the time spent here, and thus far getting nowhere. I know this is something you wish to avoid, but at this point in time you have to ask how much time do I spend chasing this issue?

Good luck.
