Solved Weird Windows 11 bugs

To be fair, I've had strange isses even with untouched images or with minimum custom ones.

Sorry, I meant no offense with my previous answer. I agree that there can be issues with any iso, but not on the regular or everyone would be encountering all the same problems.

Out of curiosity only, I have a question. The 12th gen core cpu was released 1/4/21 so you have a newer system. Just how many times have you clean installed using an official untouched iso from MS opposed to using a NTLite image?

We all know we can get unwanted results when certain things are changed. The point I was trying to make is with each OS, 11 in particular with its new UI, some features depend on others. With each update, MS weaves these dependencies together in more and more ways making the OS not as cut and dried as it used to be. I'm all for "trimming the fat" but I'm also a firm believer that if too much is altered, deleted, or omitted, what works today may not work tomorrow. When that happens the only reliable way of troubleshooting is to get back to a known good state. To me a known good state is the state MS intended it. I must confess, I'm not as adventuresome as many others here.

My CPU is from the 12th generation. Many, to know that I don't want to have all the bloatware they have and prefer to use some bugs/issues. But like I said, I also had many issues with untouched ISOs or barely touched ones.

Instead of restarting Explorer have you tried pressing F5 to refresh the screen? I sometimes find that clicking on desktop icons does not activate them and pressing F5 fixes the issue (until another random occasion).

OS is Win 11 Pro 22H2 Build 22621.2428.
Also StartAllBack v3.6.15 is installed.

So, this problem returned and after pressing F5 nothing happened and the problem continued. Also, sometimes, after right-clicking the taskbar, the context menu doesn't appear and so I can't run task manager to restart explorer.exe through the taskbar, only after clicking the "Task Manager" setting in the menu which appears after pressing the CTRL, ALT and DEL keys.
